Room Rate includes: 1- or 2-guests accommodation, open-buffet breakfast at MAXIMUS restaurant, initial therapist's consultation at the Medical Centre, attending of SPA TERRA SPA-centre (swimming-pool, sauna, gym), using of mineral waters' pump-room, mini club for children, parking.
Room Rate comprises Value Added Tax.
Each guest is additionally applied with Tourist Fee - 1% of room rate excluding VAT.

→ Resort Tariff

Resort Tariff includes: room accommodation, open-buffet dietary breakfast, lunch and dinner at Maximus restaurant, basic resort treatment (two therapist’s consultations at the beginning and at the end of the treatment, two main and one-two additional medical services every day), attending of SPA TERRA SPA-centre (swimming-pool, sauna, gym), using of mineral waters' pump-room, mini club for children, parking.
Tariff comprises Value Added Tax.
